E.C. Babbert, Inc. pre-cast concrete reinforced ODOT Outlets meet ODOT DM-1.1. These outlets are for 4" or 6" pipe and have a screen over the pipe entrance. These outlets are often used at the end of downspout drain lines to direct water away from the building and to keep "critters" out of the pipe.
